My name is Annie and I am an Olympian in track and field, specifically the heptathlon. I have learned so much in my career as a professional athlete training for the Olympics and am so excited to share that knowledge with all of you! I will be sharing different workout programs that will be inspired by my training over the years, but that anyone can do whether you’re just starting your health and fitness journey or more experienced and looking for a new challenge! I will also be sharing tons of metabolic health and nutrition insight that I am super passionate about. This stuff has truly changed my life and gotten my body to optimal performance to compete at the highest level, that’s why I am genuinely so excited to share everything I have learned and help as many people as I can to reach their health and fitness goals!
