HEY THERE! My name is Anne and I am here to guide you to a happier and healthier lifestyle. My goal is to help other women and men in all areas of life feel empowered in not just fitness but their everyday life. I hope to positively impact you in a way where you not only feel and see physical growth but more importantly mental growth. I started my fitness journey in 2017, like many who start I didn't take it as serious nor was I really educated on how or where to begin. I wasn't consistent with my journey, I didn't have a routine and my diet was pretty much non existent. Up until 2020, I went everyday hoping I'd get the results I dreamt of by JUST going to the gym. Now looking back, as expected- that did not work! I started to educate myself on how to actually go about getting fit, eating cleaner and staying healthy. I learned the importance of consistency, discipline, routine and nutrition. Once I implemented the things I've learned from other professional influencers, books and courses I realized how simple this can be. SIMPLE, not easy. In 2021 I became certified through ACE as a Certified Personal Trainer. Guiding others through their journey and seeing their growth has been the highlight of MY journey. I am no where close to where I want to be but sharing my journey with you is just as important to me as you sharing yours with me. I strive to share the experiences and knowledge I have to lead you to a better and healthier lifestyle. You are not alone in this journey and you never will be. Let's do this! 💪🏻

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
