Fitness has always been my foundation. Growing up as a competitive dancer, tennis player, and cheerleader, movement was the one thing I knew I was good at and it was my outlet, my passion, and my strength. Today as a therapist, I deeply understand the mind-body connection and how our physical state is inseparable from our emotional well-being. Our bodies tell stories and hold experiences, and healing often starts with how we move.
For the past seven years, I’ve worked as a professional model for leading fitness brands, learning firsthand how to cultivate confidence, strength, and grace both in front of the camera and in everyday life. Through this journey, I’ve developed a method that keeps me lean, toned, and energized, without sacrificing my femininity or joy. My workout program is a reflection of that lifestyle.
