I am a fitness and nutrition coach, IFBB Pro, fitness model and sponsored athlete. My fitness journey began at a very young age and my passion for it continued to grow. After becoming a mom, I got even more focused and dedicated to training and nutrition and have never looked back.

Does the workouts require any equipment?
My daily training will involve equipment that you would find in a gym. I will also have a band training program designed to require bands only and bodyweight only options when you can't get to the gym. Either way, I got you covered!
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
