This program was so great and easy to follow with the notes for at-home workouts. I loved the movements and was able to lift heavier than I had been with my previous programming. I was even able to work out while camping with minimal equipment. Still have to take my after pictures but I feel as though I’ve gained some strength just set in these four weeks. Plus Angie is great about communicating with you and answering any questions you might have! I highly recommend if you’re looking for something new!
