Why Gains & Gratitude is for YOU!

Welcome to Gains & Gratitude! I created G & G for busy working women and busy moms! As the holiday’s begin so do loads of events, parities and activities. These workouts are 10-20 minutes allowing you to get a workout in quickly and still feel accomplished! Any workout is better than no workout! One you complete the first week you will repeat for week 2! I show you the exercises along with modifications. Only thing you need is a timer unless you prefer to just count reps! Each day with the exercises, there is also a prompt for nutrition guidance and a daily gratitude exercise! I have also uploaded a journal sheet if anyone wants one! I hope you enjoy G & G!

Hi, I’m Angie a blonde, tattooed single mom with a passion for fitness, empowerment, and a whole lot of sass!
