What are the goals of the program? To be more flexible, bendy, limber, and functional.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Make sure to perform the stretches properly, and with good form! Do the stretches OFTEN for best results. Go at your own pace, and be patient with tbr process!
How to utilize these stretches into my regimen? Perform stretches before and/or after your workouts. I recommend that you perform light stretches before your workout and deeper stretches after your workout when your body is fully warm. You can literally stretch EVERYDAY! It is so good for your body.
How far should I push my stretch if it hurts? Only push to the point of your own comfort levels. If it is painful, BREATHE, and stay at at spot. Do not push to the point of intolerable pain. Take your time with it and be patient!
What do I need to participate in this program? We may utilize some block, bands, etc… but it mostly is bodyweight!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? These stretches are for EVERYONE!
How to schedule the program into a week? Stretch 5+ days a week! Stretching is not something you can over-do. In fact; the more you stretch out and relieve tension in the body, the better you will feel throughout the day!
