For the past 10 years, I have worked as a certified personal trainer, coaching clients through fat loss, strength building, and sustainable lifestyle changes. My approach blends science-based training, real-world nutrition strategies, and the mindset of an athlete—so clients don’t just get results, they keep them.
My impact has reached far beyond the gym. I was named Philadelphia’s Athletic Ambassador, representing the city’s fitness community and inspiring others to live stronger, healthier lives. My online fitness and nutrition business has been featured in multiple magazines, highlighting my
expertise and her ability to transform lives at scale.

Today I am is a mom of a toddler and pregnant, proving that strength, health, and athleticism don’t stop with motherhood.
