Fitness has always been a passion of mine ever since a very young age. For over 10 years I followed my passion of swimming in a number of different swim teams and still practise this weekly.
Over the last years I practise running, HIIT, Crossfit, yoga, pilates, squash, surfing and pretty much any sport that keeps me thriving.
I want to help you get in the best shape you have ever been and allow you to start enjoying working out and not see this as punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
