By the end of the program, you’ll have tools for calm and balance that you can carry into your daily life.
    Do I need any prior experience?
    Not at all! Foundations to Flow was created specifically for complete beginners with zero experience. You’ll learn the basics step by step, explore your body, and build confidence while learning to trust your breath and movement.
    How much time do I need for practice?
    The program is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Each practice is short and digestible—no more than 30 minutes a day.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    You don’t need to buy anything! A yoga mat is all you really need. Blocks and straps are optional—I’ll also show you how to modify with simple things you may already have at home, like blankets, pillows, or belts.
    Do I get to keep the program after the 4-weeks?
    Absolutely! Once you join, the Foundations to Flow program is yours for life. You can revisit it anytime for a refresher or as part of your ongoing practice.
