This is the first Workout Of the Week (WOW) of the Protean Fitness App! We wanted to make it easily accessible for everyone- all you need is space to move your body, no equipment required!
Start with the Protean warmup before moving onto the strength component.
You will perform 5 exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds.
Always make sure your body is properly warmed up before beginning the workout and have water on hand to stay hydrated during the circuit.
