These workouts require ZERO equipment, just you! These exercises will help you achieve your goals of building strength, lean mass, and endurance with proper form and technique. The workouts are categorized as “Upper Body”, “Lower Body”, “Core”, “Total Body”, etc. Every workout will begin with a Mobility warm-up specific to the muscle groups that you will be using, followed by your Stability and Strength workout, then ending with stretches targeting the muscle groups used and relaxation breathing for an effective cool-down. About Andree Hafley

Welcome, I’m Andrée! I’m glad that you’re here and hope that this app helps you fall in love with feeling strong, confident, and healthy through all stages of Womanhood. I’m an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 13 years and have worked with many women from the ages of 12-85! I’ve spent the majority of that time specializing in Functional Movement and helping clients reach goals of mobility, strength, endurance, weight loss, sports or event- specific training, and more.  Along with various fitness certifications, I also became a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Coach in 2017. This has been especially important to me because of my personal experience going through pregnancy, postpartum, and Cesarean recovery. I was shocked at the lack of Perinatal support, guidance, and reliable resources in the fitness industry. Not to mention all the conflicting and confusing information online and especially on social media.  This was a disservice to all Moms -so I became passionate about educating myself so that I could better help other Moms on their journey into and through Pregnancy, Postpartum, and beyond. I am here to guide, motivate, and support you through whatever health journey you’re currently in. I promise you will feel confident, safe, and supported through my guidance in any of my programs.  I work with ALL women- moms or not. All are welcome! My passion is to support ALL women to be healthy, strong, and confident in their bodies.  Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey. You are worth it and can do anything if you say goodbye to excuses, work hard on YOU, and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. We’re going to have so much fun and we’re just getting started!

Are there any modifications for the exercises?
Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
What’s the schedule?
Weight training 3-4 times per week with 2 days of active rest: When you rest from resistance training, you should still remain active. On active rest days you can do cardio, yoga, play sports, go for a hike, swim, or a long walk. Make sure to get 1 full rest day.
