Welcome to the beginner gym guide. If you chose to start with this plan, that’s great! We will be completing this program in a total of 4 weeks. by the time we finish you will be ready for more advanced workouts. Please ask me questions if needed! You can contact me directly from the app. Take some time to get used to this program. I have divided the workouts by number of days so if you ever miss a day just pick up where you left off. Each day you decide to do a workout from this program, don’t forget to first complete the warmup I have provided for you in the app! If you find anything confusing, don’t hesitate to message me straight through my app and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Before becoming a certified personal trainer, I competed in Women’s basketball for years. I also spent time running track, swimming, diving, surfing, and playing volleyball. I have a strong passion for fitness and doing all that it takes to live a healthy, long life. What are the goals of the program?
The goal for this program is for beginners to learn and get familiar with different gym equipment. After completion, you can move on to a more advanced program in my app!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Complete full program from beginning to end with minimal breaks in between. Complete all the reps and sets I have set for each workout.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Check into the program daily and complete your workout for each day. If you miss a day, pick up where you left off the next day. 45 mins to 1 hr daily
What do I need to participate in this program?
No equipment, only body weight
