What type of workouts are you sharing? I share yoga sequences on my channel for strength, toning, flexibility, reducing stress, feeling good, yogalates and prenatal flows!
Does the workouts require any equipment? For most of my flows you just need yourself and a mat.
Prenatal yoga is usually comfier with equipment like blocks and a bolster (or long pillow or towel), but not required. If you don’t have these items know you can use household items too!
What’s the main goal for your workouts? My main goals are to help you get a great work out in, toning and stretching the body and feeling great after. My biggest goal is to help you feel good in your skin!
