How to get the best outcome of the program? I recommend you meditate at least once a day. Of course, life happens, these meditations will be available to you anytime you need them whether it’s a daily practice or not!
What do I need to participate in this program? Nada! Just your body and breath, and you are SET!
How to schedule the program into a week? I love to meditate in the morning right after I walk my dog, this gets my day started on the right foot. If I’m ever feeling tired or anxious, these meditations are great to try then too. I love the sacred space meditation before bed sometimes too!
