A 4 week program designed to help you achieve your first pistol squat! This program covers the strength required to achieve your pistol squat. Depending on your starting level you may need to repeat the program 2-3 times. This program is lower body only and is 2 days a week for 4 weeks. You can pair this program with your climbing or any program you may be already doing.

Hi, I’m Andi and climbing and strength training has completely transformed my life. I struggled with confidence and strength for over 10 years until I decided to take my health into my own hands. I first discovered lifting and soon after fell in love with rock climbing. Once I experienced the incredible changes that rock climbing brought to my mental and physical health, everyone asked me how I did it, and it convinced me to inspire more women at a larger scale. I’m here to guide you through the noise. To motivate you to try different ways of strengthening your body. And to never give up! With my training plans, you can expect to gain muscle, lose visceral fat, and level up your climbing game like never before. Let’s do this. My workouts can be done at your climbing gym or a regular gym!
