What are the goals of this program? * Increase overall muscle mass and strength
* Build core strength
* Build confidence around lifting and strength training
* Create a balanced weekly workout routine without fatigue
* Improve mental clarity, mood, and focus
What do I need to participate? * You need a space where you feel comfortable to work hard
* You need a pull up bar (If you don't have one, think parks or your climbing gym)
* A positive attitude and dedication to the program
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? * The workouts are designed for beginner lifters and climbers
* 2 days of at home strength training
* 2 days of active rest: Mobility and flexibility (can be the same as climbing day)
* 2-3 days of climbing!
* 1 full rest day
