About the program

I designed this challenge for a fresh new start in 2026! This program is going to be training ALONG WITH ME. You know I love my lifting gym sessions, but we all need an ACTIVE REST from heavy lifts with CHALLENGING BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES! Beginner and advanced options provided for every single workout! SHORT ON TIME? All workouts can be done at home and are only 30-40mins. FEEL TOO WEAK TO CLIMB? This challenge is designed to increase your strength in a way that actually carries over to the wall STIFF ALL THE TIME? I designed this program to include exercises that combine strength and mobility. OVERWHELMED BY THE GYM? Workouts are home friendly, you only need a pull up bar. They can absolutely be done at the gym too (you'll find me there) Train like a FUNCTIONAL ATHLETE. Start off the year of 2026 with a bang!

    Hi, friends! I’m Andi and I’m so happy you’re here to workout with me. I struggled with confidence and strength for over 10 years until I decided to take my health into my own hands. I first discovered lifting and soon after fell in love with rock climbing. Once I experienced the incredible changes that rock climbing brought to my mental and physical health, everyone asked me how I did it, and it convinced me to inspire more women at a larger scale. I’m here to guide you through the noise. To motivate you to try different ways of strengthening your body. And to never give up! With my training plans, you can expect to gain muscle, lose visceral fat, and level up your climbing game like never before. Let’s do this. My workouts can be done at your climbing gym or a regular gym!
