Daily Goals:
• Daily workout — I provide one, but you can do any workout. Just move your body and “swipe to complete” to get the points.
• 100 oz of water — huge for recovery, hunger, and clarity.
• Protein with every meal — be intentional about fueling your body.
• 3 “I AM” statements — speak your identity into existence.
• AM or PM Digital Detox — 30 minutes with no screens to reset your mind.
Weekly Goals:
• Gratitude paragraph — write down what you’re grateful for and how far you’ve come.
• Personal development book or podcast — feed your mind with positivity.
• Physical PR — push yourself with a heavier weight, more reps, a harder move, or extra distance.
Progress Photos:
Photos are required to join. They can stay private, and will be taken into consideration, but participation, consistency, engagement and completing your goals will be considered heavily.
