About the program

This is Phase 3 of the 12-week Core Foundations series, where your consistency and effort come together. The focus is no longer just on learning the movements, but on strengthening them. You’ve built the foundation. Now it’s time to get stronger. 💪✨
  • 4 weeks of advanced, weighted core workouts
  • 3 workouts per week (under 15 minutes each)
  • Progressive overload using dumbbells and/or gym equipment
  • More complex, strength-focused core movements
  • Continued emphasis on control, stability, and proper form
