About the program

Core Foundations 2.0: Build is designed to take the strength and control you developed in Phase 1 and build on them. In this phase, you’ll introduce more dynamic movements and add resistance with minimal equipment, such as dumbbells and a stability ball. The focus here is on increasing intensity, coordination, and time under tension—helping you develop a stronger, more resilient core that supports both your workouts and everyday movement. You’ll continue to reinforce proper form while building the strength needed to progress into more advanced, weighted training. This is Phase 2 Build of the 12-week Core Foundations program, where the work becomes more challenging—but also more rewarding. As your strength improves, so will your confidence in what your body can do. Phase 3.0 Strength moves to a fully loaded, gym-based core training for the last four weeks. You’ve built the base—now it’s time to build the strength. 💪✨

I’ve been active my entire life and decided at age 50 to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to help women not only in this chapter but those younger women who have lost theirselves in motherhood, careers, etc. When perimenopause changed everything, I stopped chasing exhaustion and rediscovered my power in the weight room. By shifting to strength training, walking, recovery, and a hormone-supportive approach, I became stronger than ever. What is the difference between a subscription and programs?
I offer two options to get started on your fitness journey. I offer one-time purchase programs that you buy once and own forever. I also offer a subscription that provides membership inside my app and access to a variety of programs, including mobility work, HIIT training, recipes, nutrition guides, the ability to DM me in the app, and access to my private community. It provides more significant value than a one-time purchase.
I’m a beginner, do your programs work for someone like me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this platform can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all fitness levels, with expert guidance every step of the way. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the program! I make a gym and home version for most programs. The gym version requires access to a gym. The home version will require equipment, but I try to keep it simple with a variety of weighted dumbbells (having access to heavy dumbbells will provide more gains as your progress), a yoga mat, a stability ball, and a bench if you have access. I have an Amazon list of home gym essentials with the most affordable options to get you started.
