This program is Phase 1 of a progressive 12-week Core Foundations series that includes 1.0 Bodyweight, 2.0 Build and 3.0 Strength. Here, the focus is on mastering the basics—developing awareness, stability, and consistency so your body is prepared for what comes next.
As you build strength and confidence, you’ll be ready to progress into more challenging movements and eventually add resistance to take your core strength even further.
The second phase, 2.0 Build, and the third phase, 3.0 Strength, feature advanced movements and weighted core training.
