Do I need an app subscription to join?
Yes, this challenge is inside my app subscription. You can opt for a full year membership or a monthly membership, each come with a 7 day free trial.
Iโ€™m a beginner, is this challenge appropriate?
The program is for intermediate lifters, but beginners can do the challenge. I recommend following the HOME version exercises and using dumbbells, focusing on proper form.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
