Do this type of cardio 2x/week for cardiovascular health in addition to zone 2 walking daily and lifting 3-5 days/week. You don't need hours of cardio to keep your heart healthy. In fact, it can backfire against you by spiking cortisol and causing inflammation in midlife. Excessive cardio can also interfere with muscle growth. I keep my cardio to 1-2 days/week, around 10-15 minutes tops!!! If you are a cardio queen, 2–4 cardio sessions per week are usually fine with 20–40 minutes per session at a moderate intensity is unlikely to impair gains.

What is the difference between a subscription and programs?
I offer two options to get started on your fitness journey. I offer one-time purchase programs that you buy once and own forever. I also offer a subscription that provides access to a variety of programs, including mobility work, HIIT training, recipes, nutrition guides, and access to my private community. It provides more significant value than a one-time purchase.
I’m a beginner, do your programs work for someone like me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this platform can help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for all fitness levels, with expert guidance every step of the way. You’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the program! I make a gym and home version of my programs. The gym version requires access to a gym. The home version will require equipment, but I try to keep it simple with a variety of weighted dumbbells (having access to heavy dumbbells will provide more gains as your progress), a yoga mat, a stability ball, and a bench at a minimum. I have an Amazon list of home gym essentials (less than $500 setup) with the most affordable options to get you started.
Do prices change over time?
You will always keep your original rate as long as your subscription remains active. If you choose to cancel and rejoin at a later date, you will be subject to the current rate, which may be higher than your original plan.
