This 4-week program takes you from zero to your first pull-up and chin-up with 3 short workouts per week. Each week is a phase to master before progressing — building the strength and body control you need through foundational pulling movements and weighted accessory work. Pull-ups take time, so trust the process and stay consistent. By week 4, at least one unassisted chin-up and pull-up will be within reach.
