This a 2-day full body, bodyweight circuit program. This is great for someone who is a beginner and just getting started and is looking for a fun challenge. It includes 3 days of walking or light cardio for 30-60 minutes on non-workout days. (or every day!) For example: Workouts on Tuesday & Thursdays Walking/ Cardio on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Saturday & Sunday off
