This is a great 10 minute EMOM workout you can do at home. No equipment needed. Repeat the workout 2-3 times to get a 20-30 minute workout if you like! EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute). Use a timer. Complete the number of reps of the exercise within a minute. After you complete the required reps, you can rest for the remainder of that minute. Then when the next minute starts, start the second exercise and complete the number of reps. Continue this way for 10 exercises in 10 minutes. For example, if the set number of reps for a squat is six and it takes you thirty seconds to perform all six squats, then you have thirty seconds to rest before proceeding to the second minute.
