Is it 45s pause between each set or exercise ? When doing single leg is it 6 sets for one leg or 3 sets for right and 3 for left ?

Love the workout all in all but it was impossible for me to get the dumbbell between my feet whilst lying on the bench on my stomach, did you have someone to help you? Or could you maybe explain a bit better how you got it there 😜
