Summer Kebabs Recipe:


The perfect summer dinner. A quick and easy dinner. 


Directions:
1. Wash and chop veggies
2. Chop chicken 
3. Marinate chicken in barbecue sauce
4. Place chicken & veggies on bamboo skewers 
5. Brush on olive oil before grilling 
6. Cook skewers for 15 mins and flip to other side halfway through. 
7. Make dairy free yogurt sauce ( add all ingredients to a small bowl & mix ) 
8. Make side salad ! 
9. ENJOY!! 


Ingredients: Serves two & makes 4 kebabs 
KEBABS: 
- 1 1/2 Chicken 
- 1 tbsp Primal Kitchen Barbecue sauce
- 3 Peppers
- 1 green squash & 1 yellow squash 
- Bamboo skewers ( soak for 20 mins before grilling) 
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper 

SIDE SALAD: 
- 1 cup Arugula 
- 1 Cucumbers 
- 1/2 Avocado 
- 1 cup tomatoes
- Balsamic Glaze

DAIRY FREE YOGURT SAUCE:
- 1 dairy free plain coconut yogurt ( Culina is the best brand ! ) 
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt & pepper 
- Fresh dill chopped up 
- Garlic powder 
- mix !!
