Description: Guiltless Chicken Parm

Ingredients: 
- Brown rice pasta (  Brand: Jovial Foods ) 
- Oven-Baked Italian Chicken 
- Fresh basil 
- Shiitake Mushrooms 
- Rao's Pasta Sauce 
- Italian seasoning 


How to cook Italian chicken:
1. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper & lemon juice 
2. Grease the baking sheet with avocado oil & place chicken on the baking sheet
3. Turn the oven to 350-375 
4. Depending on the thickness of the chicken cook
large chicken breasts (7oz or 200g) for about 20-22 minutes. Medium-sized breasts (5 – 6oz or 150 – 180g) take about 18-20 minutes.
Top with Rao's pasta sauce 
Add shiitake mushrooms & fresh basil. 


Directions:
1. Cook Italian Chicken
2. Boil water ( add a sprinkle of salt to the water ) 
3. Add brown rice noodles 
4. Top noodles with chicken, mushrooms, and Rao's pasta sauce 
5. Add fresh basil
