Amazing workout if you need a day away from the machines. I loved how I could do the motions with ease at my own pace but still feel challenged. I will definitely be feeling the burn tomorrow !

Love the workout all in all but it was impossible for me to get the dumbbell between my feet whilst lying on the bench on my stomach, did you have someone to help you? Or could you maybe explain a bit better how you got it there 😜
