You can join my app and community for FREE for the first 7 days. After that, you'll pay $14.99/month or $99.99/year. That breaks down to just $0.49 a day or $0.28 a day.
What makes your app different? How do I know it will work?
If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, I guarantee you will get results with mine! I won't give you PDF documents with no assistance. I add new workouts (with video explanations) weekly. My workouts are new, fun, and challenging to always keep you motivated & excited for what's next! Plus, I'm here every step of the way! You can message me anytime with questions, feedback, or even just to share your wins!
I'm a beginner, will your workouts be okay for me?
My workouts work with any fitness level! So no matter where you're at in your fitness journey you'll be able to follow along! My workouts are a mix of at-home, gym, minimal equipment, and even bodyweight exercises! Which means there's a little something for EVERYONE! Plus, I walk you through each exercise with easy-to-follow videos and written instructions so that you can perform each move accurately and safely!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! I have a lot of workouts that require no equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or bands) and some that require weight-lifting machines & a barbell. There’s a little something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
What if I want more personalized workouts and guidance?
If you're looking for workouts that are more personalized and individualized coaching, I do offer that as well! Shoot me a message and we can discuss other options!
