About Amber Higgins

Hey y’all! I’m Amber. I started my fitness journey at age 5 in gymnastics at a small home gym in Virgina. I competed for several years there before retiring in 2017 and becoming a coach myself. I tried many sports over the years after that including spartan obstacle course racing, zumba, yoga, and barre but nothing really stuck. In 2021 I discovered weightlifting at home, and with very limited resources, fell in love with it as both a health pursuit and a coping mechanism. I hope that with these programs I can share that love with all of you! I’d love your company on my arduous journey to become a mass god!
