Try these 7 banded cardio exercises for an awesome workout! 💨

Grab a resisted band and put it around a pole or use a partner to help hold onto the band. With band around your hip area, get out far enough where you have some resistance and sprint in place as fast as you can, driving your knees up in front.

Resisted Band High Knees

Place resisted band around hip area. Broad jump or monster walk out, drop down to a push up, hop or step back.

Resisted Band Broad Jump Push Up

Wrap resisted band around a pole. Get into squat position and face the band around pole. With straight arms, pull band down towards your sides, working the lats and triceps. Go quick for 45 seconds.

Resisted Band Quick Pulldowns

With resisted band around pole, step into band and place it around your hips. Turn to the side and perform a lateral shuffle out and in. Do 45-30 seconds on each side.

Resisted Band Shuffles

With resisted band around pole. Place band around hips and get on down into a bear position. Quickly crawl forward until the band stops you, then crawl back.

Resisted Band Bear Crawls 🐻

With resisted band around a pole and around your hips, broad jump out as far as possible, then do little bunny hops back. 🐰

Resisted Band Broad Jumps Bunny Hop Back

Place resisted band around your hips and have your partner hold onto it. Start off with high knees and then take off sprinting. 💨
