I’m a wife of an amazing husband for 21 years 🥰 (started dating when I was 16 years old) and we have 5 beautiful children that God has blessed us with, ranging in ages from 23-4. 🙌 I’ve been a fitness trainer now for over 20 years. For the past 10 years, I’ve incorporated training not only for the body, but also training and strengthening the mind and spirit.
