Iβm in Manhattan with Ken today. The hotel gym doesnβt have a lot but there was a bench and weights. Thanks for another great work out. Praying for you! Hopefully can work out in person with you in the future. β€οΈ

Whew! That was special! I finished this in a little over 45 minutes. 215 calories burned. I did about a 3 minute warmup at the beginning. This was a great all over workout. A little heavy on my wrists but I have wrist issues. A few modifications and itβs all good!
