I was born in New Jersey but raised in the Caribbean, where sports quickly became a big part of my life — from track to swimming. At 14, I met my first fitness coach. He was absolutely jacked, and he introduced me to circuit training that completely transformed my swimming performance and taught me discipline at a young age.
At 16, I moved to Los Angeles and met my friend Bishop, who was incredibly strong — levels ahead of where I was at the time. He opened my eyes to what was truly possible with strength training if I committed to it fully. Growing up, I was always skinny with little muscle or strength, but that changed when I joined a high school weight training class. Feeling the energy from classmates cheering me on pushed me to new limits and sparked a lifelong passion for fitness.
After high school, Bishop and I joined a commercial gym with one goal in mind — to get stronger. But without a proper routine or recovery plan, progress was slow and frustrating. Then came 2019. The world hit pause, and I moved back to the Caribbean during the pandemic. With all that extra time, I decided to fully commit. I joined a gym with friends who were already in great shape and built my own structured routine.
A few months later, I was walking along the beach when someone I hadn’t seen in years stopped me and said, “Man, you’ve completely changed.” That moment hit hard — it was proof that my consistency and self-made plan were paying off. Within that year, I gained over 35 pounds of solid muscle and never looked back.
Now, my mission is to guide others through that same transformation — to align my clients with goal-driven workouts and help them achieve the physique they never thought possible. I’ve been where you are, and I know the struggle. My job is to show you that with consistency, the impossible truly becomes possible.
