Hi. I am a busy mom of 6, who birthed 3 of those kids. And, Two at once! I’m also a Women’s Fitness Specialist focusing on restoring your deep core postpartum. I’m a certified Personal Trainer & I coached functional HIIT kickboxing classes the last few years, so we will incorporate shadow boxing, fun modalities, and getting into the best shape of our lives, into your everyday workouts. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
