Hey guys! Thank you for coming to check out my playbook. My name’s Amanda Amaral and I am originally from Brazil. I have been living in the United States for four years and have gotten into the fitness scene very heavy over the last two years. When I moved to America 4 years ago I did not speak any English. It was a very difficult transition for me but because of Jiu-jítsu and Fitness I was able to meet many friends. Fitness allowed me to reallly connect with people even though we struggled to speak the same language. This really showed me the power fitness can have on an individual and the lifestyle changes it can provide for people.

What are the goals of the program?
- Build overall strength, lean muscle and improve posture. - Make you feel good and keep you active
Nutrition tips
Even if you follow every step of the workout plan to the letter, you won’t see the results you want if you’re not backing up your work in the gym in the kitchen. - Make sure you’re eating clean for better results - Getting enough sleep (7-9 hours) every night - Drink a lot of water (8oz glasses day) water is the key to helping your system function. - Listen to your body. Take a break if you need to.
