Hey guys! Thank you for coming to check out my playbook. My name’s Amanda Amaral and I am originally from Brazil. I have been living in the United States for four years and have gotten into the fitness scene very heavy over the last two years. When I moved to America 4 years ago I did not speak any English. The concept is simple: AMRAP stands for ā€œas many reps as possibleā€, or conversely ā€œas many rounds as possibleā€. Either way, you’re performing as many reps of a single exercise as you can in a pre-determined period of time, or as many rounds os several exercises as you can in a pre-determined period of time.
