Hey guys! Thank you for coming to check out my playbook. My name’s Amanda Amaral and I am originally from Brazil. I have been living in the United States for four years and have gotten into the fitness scene very heavy over the last two years. When I moved to America 4 years ago I did not speak any English. It was a very difficult transition for me but because of Jiu-jΓ­tsu and Fitness I was able to meet many friends. Fitness allowed me to reallly connect with people even though we struggled to speak the same language.
