The concept is simple: AMRAP stands for āas many reps as possibleā, or conversely āas many rounds as possibleā.
Either way, youāre performing as many reps of a single exercise as you can in a pre-determined period of time, or as many rounds os several exercises as you can in a pre-determined period of time.
