What is the program break down?
The program will be a break down of 4 weeks (4-5 days a week of exercises) There will be a breakdown of workouts targeting: -Leg/Lower body (Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads) * 2 days a week* - Back Workout - Shoulders, Chest (Minimal), Triceps ( Arm Workouts) - Full Body (HIIT, AMRAP) -Abs ( Set workouts may have additional HIIT or an Ab Finisher for you to complete after your lift) *If you would like additional ab workouts you can go to my categories section and select “ Everyday Abs” and select from that section of core/ab workouts. * The first 2 weeks will look very similar to jump into the program and get into a routine and week 2-3 will be slightly different introducing new movements and exercises as the days and weeks go on. This program can be repeated as many times as you would like. Though it is 4 week’s its good to stick to similar workouts and moments for you body to adjust. With that being said - Different categories are available to you to choose what workout of the day you want and choose to do.
Can I do this program from home?
This program is gym focused only and structured around gym equipment. With that said you can modify any movement with body weight,bands,Kettlebells, Or even dumbbells instead to keep this program at home friendly or if you have minimal equipment.
