Week 1 went really good for me. I stayed on track 100%. My energy has already improved. This week I got an hour workout in Sunday thru Thursday. The food is delicious and so easy to prep. I feel FANTASTIC. Things I have accomplished: 1:49/500 m pace on the rower; 6:15mile. Training for a weightlifting meet and a half marathon. Seriously, I just love the capabilities my body is reaching, and how amazing I feel about it all.
