How long are the workouts? Each workout is 30 minutes total, split into two 10-minute blocks (plus warm-up/cool-down on your own). Efficient, effective, and doable even on busy days.
How many workouts should I do per week? You’ll follow a 5-day rhythm:
- 2 Full Classes
- 1 Recovery Stretch (optional)
- 2 Full Classes
