Do I need any equipment?
Nope. Volume 1 is 100% bodyweight. You just need space to move, a towel, and the will to work. That's it.
Can beginners do this?
Absolutely. This program was built to help men and women over 35 rebuild strength and confidence. Every class is scalable. Start where you are—grow from there.
How long are the workouts?
Each workout is 30 minutes total, split into two 10-minute blocks (plus warm-up/cool-down on your own). Efficient, effective, and doable even on busy days.
How many workouts should I do per week?
You’ll follow a 5-day rhythm: - 2 Full Classes - 1 Recovery Stretch (optional) - 2 Full Classes This creates progression while giving your body time to adapt.
What makes this different from other bootcamps?
This isn’t random HIIT. Each workout follows sacred training formats designed to build strength, endurance, mobility, and discipline. It's structured for real progress, not chaos.
What if I have bad knees or joint pain?
You're in the right place. Volume 1 focuses on joint-friendly progressions, smart sequencing, and functional movement patterns. Listen to your body and modify when needed.
Will there be more volumes?
Yes—and each one builds on the last. Volume 2 introduces resistance and deeper challenges. Volume 1 is the foundation. The legacy starts here.
