    Online personal trainer

    When I was young, I wanted to be a professional athlete. I thought I’d be the first girl to play in the MLB, because I was the only girl who played on my little league team. I have always been athletic. I am a multi-sport athlete 🥎🏀🏐. I played collegiate volleyball. I thought this was my dream. And then I quit. Everything I had worked to hard for, wasn’t working out. I had to reinvent myself. And find a new passion for health & fitness. I turned to the great outdoors🌲☀️🌊. I became a Grand Canyon River Guide. I found a new team, new purpose, and a whole new sense of strength & endurance. I became someone who was fun to “suffer” with. IYKYK. Eventually I transitioned away from summers in the canyon & seasonal work. Leaving my most fond & memorable phase of life behind. And I had to reinvent myself…again. I swirled around the full-time, corporate, job pool. I never really found my place. I’ve always kept up my certifications, always wanted to learn new tricks of the trade & always landed at a gym or yoga studio working for a free membership. 🏋🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️ Eventually, I got hired at Intermountain Hospital in Park City, UT. This is home to a spectacular Sports Medicine & Performance Clinic.At this occupation, I coach, train & rehab athletes of all types; from Olympic athletes to your pickleball playing grandma…and sometimes that grandma is ALSO an Olympic athlete🤯 I have a seasoned & eclectic résumé is this field & my intention is to help others find ease in their lives through health, wellness, and fitness. I help people find their middle ground.

    What are the goals of this program?
    Ultimately get your groove back & ready for winter! * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Improve posture * Improve mental clarity and focus
    What do I need to participate?
    - Some gym equipment - everything can be modified if you do not have a piece of equipment, such as a barbell - A gym membership that has standard workout equipment is easiest - A positive attitude and dedication to the program helps too!
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight or no weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 3-4 times per week * 2 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Do HIIT cardio/ab workouts, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk * 1 full rest day
