Hi hi! My name is Ally and my husbands name is Jonah! We are so excited you’re here!! We will be creating and designing workout programs for beginners to advanced athletes, for both home and the gym! Our main goal is to help you achieve your goals, of course. But, it is also to create a healthy relationship with exercise/working out, as well as with food. There are multiple benefits to working out other than just physical. Working out is beneficial for your mental health, as well! Exercise should not be viewed as a punishment, but a celebration of what your body can do. We hope to give you the tools and information you need to reach your goals and create a long term healthy lifestyle! Also, in hopes you fall in love with working out and creating the best version of yourself!! This has been a dream for us since forever! We are high school sweethearts, together over 8 years and married for 2! We have always been very active and have a shared passion for fitness and health! We are constantly pushing each other in our workouts, going hiking, and playing tennis. Oh and walking our dog, Bella, of course!! We have always dreamed to be able to do this together and we are absolutely ecstatic that it is finally happening!! Jonah has played football since he was a youngin all the way till college! He became a CPT in college and started training athletes. He also has an associates degree in kinesiology and exercise science! I have a bachelors degree in biology. I have years of experience training with Jonah and by other personal trainers, as well. I am currently studying to get my certification to become an official cpt! I also am a sponsored athlete by Under Armour, P’tula, and PEScience! I have been a fitness coach training clients for a few years, as well! We are doing all this for you! We wouldn’t be here without all of you and your support over the years!You all got us here and we will do everything in our power to give you everything you need to reach your goals

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
