Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
My Strength Series is designed for all levels of fitness! Just starting in the gym? Start slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on your form. A more advanced lifter? Increase the weight, reps, and reduce rest time as you progress.
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
Yes! Many exercise modifications can be regressed to body weight only. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help! :)
