Hi, I’m Allison and I'm so glad you're here! I created this app to help women become the best version of themselves through fitness and exercise. I have been involved in sports and fitness for the majority of my life, but I began to prioritize the mental health benefits of fitness in my late 30's. My fitness coaching journey began in my 20's and has evolved and I have been both a cross fit & running coach for over 15 years. I have 12 fitness certifications including ACE, Crossfit LI, Running, and others. Personally, I have run 5 marathons and over 100 half marathons. I am thrilled at the opportunity to help a community of women become the most confident version of themselves through fitness and I look forward to connecting with you!
