Join me in my first six weeks postpartum as we bring strength & function back our core and pelvic floor! I do advertise this as a postpartum program because the workouts are gentle enough for the first 6 weeks but it is for ANYONE who is wanting to improve their ab separation and is needing beginner workouts, education, and a wanting good core foundation.

As a mom of two I have definitely dealt with all the fun things postpartum has to offer: ab separation, urinary incontinence, lower back pain, etc. Through strengthening my core and pelvic floor I have been able to heal and fix these things I was experiencing postpartum. I became a certified pre/postnatal fitness trainer to help other moms and women strengthen their core and heal after having babies, and to strengthen their body during pregnancy. Core focused pilates is such a game changer as a mom! Pilates works your deep core and pelvic floor while strengthening your whole body!
